Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable products
- Sale/clearance items
How to Request a Return
Email us at dazanomat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at dazanomat@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
